1. Same / Next Day Dispatch

We move fast so you can get your fuel. All orders are processed the same day or the next business day.

2. Shipping Fee's / Times

 - Shipping Fees: Calculated and shown directly at checkout.

 - Delays: Delivery times can sometimes be affected by postal carriers or customs. Our average delivery times within EU are 5 - 12 days.

3. Tracking

4. Customs

PuckerFuel is based in Luxembourg. Any customs fees, tariffs, or local taxes applied after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Addressing

 - Check Your Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for re-shipping.
